Where does your backlink data come from?
From DataForSEO, which crawls the web and maintains a backlink index. We do not run our own link index, so link counts will differ from Ahrefs or Semrush. Every tool finds a different subset of the web.
Is Authority Score the same as Domain Rating?
No. Authority Score is DataForSEO’s rank divided by ten, from 0 to 100. Ahrefs DR and Semrush Authority Score are different metrics. How it is calculated.
How often is my backlink profile refreshed?
Weekly on paid plans and manually on Free. Backlink monitoring snapshots run monthly, weekly or (on Agency) daily.
Can I get alerts for lost links?
Yes: by email, in a Slack channel, or to a signed JSON webhook.
